We accept direct booking reservations with Venmo, Paypal, Credit Cards and bank transfers. 

Reservation payment schedule: 50% due at time of booking with the remaining 50% due 7 days prior to arrival. Fully refundable if cancelled 60 days or further out from the reservation date; 50% refundable within 30 days. 

A $500 security deposit will be held 1 day prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure as long there is no damage.
